We would like to take a moment to welcome James Pate who has recently joined our team in the UK as a service desk Analyst.
James has actively been involved in the IT industry for over 2 years, and brings with him excellent experience as a Service Deak Analyst, as well as knowledge in Office 365, Active Directory and Windows 7 and 10. His Role at Mercury as a Service Desk Analyst is to assist our growing client base with any Dynamics 365 issues they may encounter and to ensure continuous support.
He has a keen interest in learning more about Dynamics 365 and would like to explore configuration.
