JM Group invests in latest recruitment technology for growth

IT recruitment company JM Group has invested in the very latest recruitment technology platform, Mercury xRM, as part of its future growth plans.

The company went live with Mercury xRM in August 2014 and plans on using the system to gain more accurate reports of sales information and forecasts in order to monitor overall company performance and increase both capacity and productivity. The new cloud-based system replaces an outdated legacy system which IT Director Alan Bawden explains was becoming expensive to maintain.

“Our previous recruitment solution had become end-of-life and was no longer supported by vendors so it was important we invested in a new system quickly. Mercury xRM is cloud based enabling it to scale seamlessly with our business. And because it is built upon the foundations of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, we also benefit from the expertise and leading technology of Microsoft without having to invest in heavy infrastructure,” he said.

JM Group is an innovative recruitment company and was one of the early adopters of job posting automation software Broadbean, an application that is now seamlessly integrated with Mercury xRM. As a company that has reported year-on-year growth over the last four years, technology is key to the future growth of JM Group. The company looked at a number of different recruitment software solutions over a number of years but chose Mercury xRM for its scalability, mobility and integration capabilities, after being impressed with the product’s current features & future roadmap.

Mercury xRM’s Client and Candidate Portal enables candidates to self-serve compliance information and supporting documents. This will help JM Group to experience further productivity by reducing administration times as well as reducing the risks associated with non-compliant paperwork.
