As an existing Mercury xRM customer, what does this Dynamic Wave2 mean for you?

When relevance search is enabled on the environment then it will be available by default to users Prominent and globally discoverable search bar in the header Zero query experience with support for recent searches and recently accessed records Automatic suggestions of records based on the typed query New, improved search results page with easy display and selection of records High-quality results with improved ranking and support for basic capabilities, such as spell-check.
Navigating around the system will now be a lot easier with the ability to quickly return to a view, or parent record from a control that is always available within the application. The Header breadcrumb has been removed, the header will now always display just the app you are in, this will be either ‘Mercury’ or ‘Mercury Admin’.
